Healing the inner child ceremony is a space to be able to connect back to the child that still lives within all of us.
As children we may of had traumatic experiences. Some of us may of have experienced emotional neglect or physical abuse or both.
In this ceremony we want to create space to connect back to the inner child and learn to provide ourselves with the things we may of not received and so desperately needed.
We learn to become our own healthy parent to ourselves, learn to hold ourselves and learn to love ourselves.
In this ceremony we will connect back to our little ones through, play, journey work to meet your inner child, sound bath, alter building, limpias and more.
I want to provide a safe space to be able to explore, connect with parts of ourselves we may of forgotten and offer a place for healing.
I am humbling writing to invite you on October 3rd in Brattleboro VT, to the Healing the Inner Child ceremony, a dedicated space for connecting with the child that still lives within each of us.
Many of us carry traumatic experiences from our youth, such as emotional neglect or physical abuse. This ceremony is designed to help us reconnect with our inner child and learn to provide ourselves with the care and support we may have lacked growing up. Together, we will practice becoming our own healthy parents, learning how to hold and love ourselves more deeply.
The ceremony will include several healing modalities, such as:
- Play
- Art
- Journey work to meet your inner child
- A sound bath journey
- Altar building
- Limpias
- Blanket wrapping
and much more
My goal is to provide a safe environment for you to explore these forgotten parts of yourself and find a path toward healing.
Please come join me and some of my trusted sisters to guide this experience and hold space to explore ourselves and connect back to yourself.
My hope as this will be my first ceremony I am offering with hopes for many more to come that I my friends and family can attend this ceremony, but all are welcome of course.
Cost of ceremony is $35-45 sliding scale but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
