Soundbath is an immersive meditation experience designed to invite deep rest and restoration.
While resting comfortably, you will be guided into stillness as waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments fill the space. These vibrations gently support the nervous system, encouraging the body to release tension and the mind to soften.
Sound becomes the anchor for awareness—allowing thoughts to settle and the body to enter a deeply restorative state.
No effort is required. Simply lie down, receive the sound, and allow the experience to unfold.
Many participants leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.
All you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to rest.
