Joining the healing power of sound to the divine in your soul.
This week's Sound Bath Journey is hosted by Gong Goddess Jo.
Jo is an intuitive sound practitioner who creates deeply immersive Gong Baths, gently guiding you into states of calm, balance and deep rest.
Playing intuitively, she works with a wind gong tuned to the solar plexus, layered with resonant instruments to create a tranquil, meditative soundscape.
This session invites you to slow down, soften and restore a natural flow of energy through the body.
She will begin with gentle breathwork and grounding to help you arrive and fully settle into the experience.
The sound bath session lasts for an hour and yoga mats are provided. The room is heated but you may wish to bring a blanket for your comfort.
Jo Culf aka The Gong Goddess enjoys travelling the world with her gong and loves to create unique experience events. She recently collaborated with gong players in the Sacred Valley of Peru, organising the London segment of the World Gong day.
She regularly hosts events on her Floating Yoga Studio in Chelsea Harbour.
