About this Event
Join Ardu Wellbeing for a calming and restorative guided Wellbeing Walk in the beautiful, historic grounds of Nunhead Cemetery. These sessions are designed to support mental and physical wellbeing through simple, nature-based mindfulness practices that help reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance connection—to nature, to others, and to yourself.
🌿 Each walk is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and brings together minfulness, breathwork, wellbeing coaching and nature immersion. This session is suitable for all experience levels. You don’t need to have done mindfulness or meditation before—we’ll guide you every step of the way.
📍 Meeting Point:
Full address: Nunhead Cemetery, Linden Grove, London, SE15 3LP. We will meet at Linden Grove Gates. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow for a gentle start at 10.30am.

🧭 Important Info:
- The walk takes place outdoors on uneven ground for around an hour. Please wear comfortable, sturdy footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
- If severe weather is forecast, we’ll notify you the day before to reschedule.
- Light rain won’t stop us—just bring warm clothes and a waterproof!
- Group size is limited to 20 to ensure an intimate, welcoming atmosphere.

Step into the new year with clarity, steadiness, and renewed energy. Join Ardu Wellbeing for a grounding and uplifting guided Wellbeing Walk designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build winter resilience, and set nourishing intentions for the months ahead.
As we move gently through the quiet beauty of winter, this session blends mindful walking, breathwork, and reflective coaching practices that strengthen the connection between mind and body—helping you navigate the season with more ease, balance, and presence.

Guided Mindful Walking
Move slowly and intentionally through the winter landscape, using your senses to cultivate presence and deepen your connection to the natural world during this reflective season.
Winter Resilience Tools
Explore gentle practices that support inner steadiness- practical strategies to nurture your wellbeing through the colder months.
New Year Reflection & Intention Setting
Create space to pause, look ahead, and set small, meaningful intentions that prioritise your wellbeing and strengthen your mind–body connection for the year to come.
Digital Takeaway Resources
Receive a pack of simple breathwork, grounding, and seasonal resilience exercises to support you beyond the session—helping you return to a sense of connection and calm whenever you need it.
👥 Who is this for?
Everyone is welcome. Whether you're looking to support your mental or physical wellbeing, explore mindfulness, connect with others, or simply enjoy a peaceful walk in nature—you’re invited. These walks are open to all adults and young people (those under 14 should be accommpanied by an adult), regardless of experience or background. We aim to create a kind, inclusive space where everyone feels safe and supported.
