Join certified sound healer Joe Arnold for a meditative sound bath designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and restore balance. In this passive meditation experience, you simply relax and receive the sound as it moves through you.You’ll be immersed in a full-body listening journey using crystal singing bowls, Native American–style flutes, crystal pyramids, and other resonant instruments. The vibrations are intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and support a calmer mood—especially helpful during the busy holiday season.
