Intro to Zen Meditation (Free)
About this Event
Come learn to align body, breath and mind in Zen meditation. Each evening includes a short talk, walking and seated meditation, and silent tea ceremony. Arrive at 6:45 p.m. and ring doorbell on Mill Street Porch and someone will welcome you. All offerings are free, donations appreciated.
