Sound Bath

This will be an immersive, full-body listening experience using instruments like crystal singing bowls, Native American-style flutes, crystal singing pyramids, and other instruments. A sound bath is designed to promote relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm. This experience will be beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, and improving mood during these uncertain times.
Bring a comfortable pad to lay upon, such as a yoga mat and a cushion for your head or, if you prefer, a cushion to sit upon. Although optional, eye coverings and blankets will aid in a complete immersive experience.
