Now is popular time to set intentions for your year ahead. Energies are low as we are in a time of hibernation. As the trees bare their branches and the cold sets in, now is a time for dreaming. Now is a time for rest.
Each new year, while in the dreaming, I choose a word to work with to focus on. I place it as my screen saver, create affirmations to help refocus the mind & create new neural pathways in the brain. You can also create mood boards on Pinterest or in a journal. Creating from this mindset while in hibernation mode. This can help to plan and plant seeds of intention for your year ahead and ease yourself through January into February when early signs of spring gift hope of longer warmer days to come.
