In this retreat we dive into a transformative blend of yoga, breathwork, sea dips, nature, journalling, and community. Your Guide:
Throughout the weekend you’ll be held in the safe, experienced hands of Rose – counsellor, yoga teacher, and yoga therapist with a decade of experience in helping people reconnect with themselves and the earth. Inspired by the mythology of Celtic and Hindu Goddesses, together we explore how their stories weave into our own, and reunite with the characters of the divine feminine that we've lost our connection to.
This is a call to step fully into your power, and return home to yourself again.
