Step into stillness with this deeply soothing candlelit sound bath. Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, you’ll be invited to lie down, relax and be immersed in waves of sound from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, and percussion.

This experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and offer deep rest and restoration. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself through the healing vibrations of sound.

What to bring: Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own too to add extra your own comfort. Please bring a blanket to cover you and something to cover your eyes if you’d like to deepen the rest. There are seated options if lying down is not comfortable.
