Sound Bath - Mt. Lehman Hall, Abbotsford - June 10, 2026

Delve into the immersive experience of Forest Floor Sound Healing, a journey that blends sound and sensation to transport you to a world of serenity and calm. The enchanting melody of crystal singing bowls, handpan, branch flute and other carefully curated instruments, and the soft guidance of meditative whispers weave together to awaken the seven energy centers of the body. Surrender to the rhythm of your own wisdom, connect with the heartbeat of nature, and resonate with the deepest parts of your soul in this sacred space.

There's no experience neccessary. Just come as you are.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat and/or cushions/foamie
• You will want to be comfortable laying for an hour, make yourself at home
• Blanket
• Pillow

Suggestions:

• Water
• Dress in layers
• Journal & pen

Please arrive by 6:45pm to settle in, pull some Oracle cards and get comfy!

We will start the sound bath at 7:00 pm so please arrive prior to get your little nest ready for your journey.
