Step away from the busyness of your week and begin your morning with deep rest, release, and renewal. This gentle restorative yoga and sound bath session is designed to unwind tension from the body, calm the mind, and restore your nervous system.

No experience is needed—your body will be fully supported with props as you melt into long-held, restorative poses (5–10 minutes each), allowing gravity, breath, and sound to do the healing work.

Each class includes:
• Supported restorative yoga to release neck, shoulder, and back tension
• Grounding breathwork to calm the nervous system
• Healing sound bath to restore energy and deepen relaxation
