Join us for a feel-good morning for your body, your rhythm, and your energy
We're starting with a 45-minute Pilates + Yoga flow led by a fitness coach. Think slow warm-up into a smooth, energizing flow set to your favourite feel-good tracks (yes...the kind of music that makes you feel like that girl💅✨)
After we move, we'll ease into a guided conversation with a holistic coach, self-confidence, self-trust, and alignment. Helping you reconnect with yourself, shift your mindset, and step deeper into your soft girl healing era
We'll wrap things up with refreshing smoothies from StayFit Cafe and time to connect, chat, and just enjoy a soft, supportive space with other women.
This is your space to move, learn, and reconnect with your body. No pressure, no expectations, just good energy all around.
