Take yourself away from a busy mind and journey inward as we listen to the frequencies of sound from the gongs, Himalayan & quartz crystal bowls, chimes and voice
Listening to certain sound frequencies encourages the mind & body system to relax, release and let go of tension, allowing us the opportunity to experience deep relaxation, aiming to help reduce stress levels and improve our general wellbeing
Do I need to bring anything?
⭐️ Yoga mat/blanket or cushion from a garden chair is ideal
⭐️ Pillow (or two for extra comfort)
⭐️ Warm Blanket/s - to keep cosy
⭐️ Eye mask (optional)
⭐️ Wear something comfortable
⭐️ Bottle of water
⭐️ You are able to sit on a chair if preferred or you may bring a reclining chair
