This sound bath meditation class uses sound to cultivate and support deep relaxation. The listener is” bathed” in waves of sound which can relieve stress and anxiety by calming the mind and body as they lay down and relax.

No experience is necessary. Conducted with Midtown partners at Gongsia Sacred Sound Sessions..
