Sound is a powerful tool to slow down your mind and revitalize your body. Our calming environment and unique set of bowls will guide you to a state of deep relaxation.
Sound bath meditations have many benefits. Meditating can strengthen areas of the brain associated with memory, learning, attention, and self-awareness. Over time, meditation can decrease emotional reactivity, stress, anxiety, and depression. The sound waves created by the singing bowls guide the mind; making it much easier to relax into a deep meditative state, by inducing Theta dominant brain waves. These therapeutic sounds also calm the nervous system, increase circulation, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and reduce cortisol levels.
Self-care is so important. Press the pause button on life, and come enjoy this rejuvenating sound bath experience.

Everyone will be provided a thick meditation mat, pillow, bolster, blankets, and an eye mask.
