Sound healing is a soothing journey of vibration and frequency that helps your body unwind, your mind soften, and your heart return to peace.To stay cozy and feel held, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, warm socks, and water — think of it as wrapping yourself in a great big hug of sound and comfort.If you’d prefer to sit during the healing, please let me know so I can bring a chair for you, and remember to bring your yoga mat to place beneath it for extra grounding and warmth.
