Learn Reiki First Degree, called Shoden, with Niagara's traditional Usui Reiki Teacher, Teresa Montalbo.

Dates: 4 Sunday Mornings - Sunday May 24, 31, June 7, 14

Time: 9am-noon (all four sessions build on the previous -all sessions must be attended to receive your Shoden certificate)

Location: St. Catharines - Port Weller - Address will be sent out after registration

No prior experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn. If you’ve been craving a deeper connection to yourself or have been feeling called for some time—this course is for you.

You'll learn to work with your own energy, connect to the core teachings of the system of Reiki, and build a lasting foundation.

This class is uniquely spaced out over four weeks for a reason:

* Traditional Japanese techniques

* The Reiki Precepts: the heart of the system

* Daily self-Reiki practice

* Hands-on healing techniques

* The history and Japanese roots of Reiki

* Energy awareness and building presence
