Journey with us through a soundscape of healing music accompanied with aromatherapy to bring you into a deep relaxed state of mind.

Sessions are 1.5 hours of a short guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) designed for all levels, followed by a sound bath where participants are comfortably lying down to let themselves be lulled by the sounds of the healing instruments. There will be a tea circle after the session where it'll be a safe space for all to share their thoughts and reflections. (Optional sharing)

Sound Healing instruments produce frequencies that allow the body to go into a deeper brain frequencies like the Theta frequency; facilitating higher focus in meditation and for the body to go into full relaxation, allowing for healing and repair to occur at the cellular level. The vibrations activate the immune system for cell repair and rejuvenation. Sound therapy promotes better sleep, reduces anxiety and improves mood and overall wellbeing, leaving you feeling refreshed.

This session is a good way to start your mindful mainetenance routine as a method to review the month/week and set goals or intentions for the following weeks to come. It also serves as a way to unwind from the stresses of the previous week, allowing you to let go and relax, ready for the what lies ahead.
