Experience deep relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system balance in a peaceful sanctuary with stained-glass windows. No experience needed — come as you are and let the sounds restore you.

Led by Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Erica Skone-Rees with musicians Bryce Mulholland and Shannon Hopkins, each session includes:

✔ A short grounding meditation to help you arrive

✔ An immersive sound journey for stress reduction and deep relaxation

✔ Live instruments: crystal & Tibetan bowls, monolina, handpans, guzheng (Chinese harp), acoustic guitar, frame drum, Koshi bells & more

✔ Guest musicians bring new sounds to the experience each month

✔ A peaceful, supportive space where you’re free to rest, move gently, or simply be
