Under the glow of stunning stained-glass windows in a peaceful non-denominational Berkeley church we gather once a month to pause soften and return to ourselves.

This sound bath is your invitation to experience the science and magic of sound as medicine—a chance to move out of stress and into a state of balance calm and clarity.

Led by Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Erica Skone-Rees with live music by Bryce Mulholland and Shannon Hopkins each session includes:

✔ A grounding meditation to help you arrive

✔ An immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system

✔ Live instruments: crystal & Tibetan singing bowls hand pans guzheng (Chinese harp) acoustic guitar frame drum Koshi bells & more

✔ A quiet supportive space where you’re free to rest move gently or simply be

Bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported:

• Yoga mat camping pad or cushions
• Blanket pillow eye mask or bolster
• Water or layers for warmth

You’re welcome to lie down sit up or move gently—whatever feels wise for your body. If you need to shift during the experience we simply ask that you move toward the back or side aisles.
