Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional release, or simply a serene escape, this session will provide a tranquil space to recharge and reconnect.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow, blanket and any other item that will help you lay or sit comfortably.

If you have sensitive hearing or suffer from any inner ear conditions, please bring a set of soft ear plugs to dampen the sound.
