Join us for a guided meditation infused with Reiki healing energy at Winter Park Yoga on Sunday, January 12th from 7:45pm-9:15pm. Led by our wonderful instructor, Christina!This workshop will take place after our Yin class. Yin will be from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation experience meant to induce a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Practitioners lie comfortably on the floor and are guided through a journey of sensation to help ease anxiety, reduce stress, and promote sleep. During this very special session of Yoga Nidra, participants will also experience an extra burst of Reiki energy. Reiki is healing vibrational energy that can super-charge the Yoga Nidra experience and create an augmented sense of relaxation and calm.
Bring your yoga mat, pillows, blankets, bolsters, water, eye masks and anything that will help you remain comfortable during the session.
This practice is open to all levels and no previous yoga experience or experience with Reiki energy is necessary.
