This monthly offering falls on Winter Solstice, and I’d love to hold this session by candlelight. Please bring a candle or two to symbolize bringing light to the darkest day of the year. Let this sound journey spark your inner light.
Sound Baths offer a deeply restorative experience, activating the parasympathetic nervous system and shifting brainwave states to promote deep relaxation and balance. Experience the harmonizing effects of resonant tones and vibrations from singing bowls, vocal toning, crystal bowls, buffalo drum, flute, gong, and mantras, all woven with guided meditation to balance your energetic field. This holistic approach supports the mind, body, and spirit, aiding in the release of physical, emotional, and energetic blockages. Healing frequencies can address pain, stress, and other conditions, or simply cultivate a calmer, more centered state of mind.

Bring: Yoga mat, bolster or pillow, blanket, eye mask, and a candle
