This event is for parents and their kids (of any age).
It's 60 mins of pure rest, a comfortable safe space for everyone to have some much needed headspace.
During a sound bath there's nothing to do, except rest and allow the sounds to flow in and out of your sense of hearing. The sounds provide a focus for the mind and in turn helps to reduce active thoughts and overwhelm. As the mind begins to settle the physical body will too and a deeper state of calm happens....
The sounds and vibrations can be deeply relaxing and often result in a good nights sleep and create a mini reset for the mind.
This session is warmly open to kids of any age, there may be some noise and that's OK and to be expected. As is wiggling and moving around until kids get comfy (and then quite often fall deeply asleep!)
