9D Breathwork – The Starting Point(for new and returning breathers)
This session is an introduction to 9D Breathwork and a gentle activation before the deeper 12 Journeys. Although held in a group, headphones and an eye mask help you settle into your own inner space, gently supported by the shared energy in the room.
There’s no agenda, no fixing, and nothing you need to work out.
This is simply about the breath.

You’ll lie back comfortably, wear headphones, and be guided through a powerful yet supportive 9D breathwork journey. The immersive soundscape and guided breathing help quiet the thinking mind and allow the body to do what it naturally knows how to do — reset, release, and return to balance.
This experience is for you if:
you’re feeling overstimulated, disconnected, or ready to come back to yourself
you’re curious about 9D Breathwork and want to experience it before committing to a course
you’re considering joining The Twelve and want a felt sense of the work
No previous experience is needed. Each session stands alone, and there’s no expectation to commit to anything afterwards.
