Join me for a peaceful and relaxing Sunday afternoon in the beautiful setting of the Willow Room at Cockenzie House and Gardens for this special Gong Bath. Relax and immerse yourself in the deep and powerful resonance of the Gongs. Settle into the soothing percussion sounds of wind, whale song and water amid the gentle pattering of rain, the flow of waterfalls and the lapping of ocean waves. Reconnect and restore your body, mind and soul, as these gentle vibrations resonate through you, bringing healing on all levels of being.
The deep and sustained resonance of the gongs create a soundscape that will lead you into a relaxing and meditative journey. The deep vibrations of the gongs stimulate the Vagus nerve reducing stress. Gong resonance is particularly beneficial in the release of trapped emotions thus promoting a deep inner healing experience.

Simply lie down, close your eyes, relax and allow the sounds to gently lull you in their embrace as the blissful vibrations penetrate and heal your body at a cellular level. Wrap yourself in beautiful sound that brings healing, balance and restoration for mind, body and spirit.
Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket. You may also wish to bring an eye cover as this is a bright room
