This class is for adults and teens.

Please bring a blanket and a pillow. Wear something warm and comfortable. We’ll supply a yoga mat and blanket for you to lie on.

People who are pregnant, experience epilepsy or seizures or have a diagnosed mental health condition should check with their primary care provider before taking part in sound baths or gong baths. For the hard of hearing, hearing aids should be removed to avoid excess noise; the sound vibrations are still beneficial and absorbed through the body.
