Singing Bowls are scientifically proven to help induce states of relaxation in the body. In this session we use a combination of different types of singing bowls with different tones and frequencies to help the body relax and the mind to be still. By listening with intention to the tones being produced and directing your awareness to follow the sounds, the body can relax while the consciousness may still be awake and alert, resulting in a state of meditation as well. People who are tired from overwork or burn out will find the bowls lull you into a sleepy state, allowing your body to get the rest it needs and bypass the conscious mind.

No added vocalizing, singing, chanting or toning and also no angels, reiki, ascended masters, light healing or other types of modalities. Just the sound of the bowls.

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need.
