Relaxing sound bath in st marks institute, Victoria road, woolston, Southampton SO199DY (on woolston high street next to the Greg’s outlet) .Come along for some well deserved me time. Enjoy the vibrations of the different instruments, which can bring deep relaxation, reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
Wear warm comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat, warm blanket and pillows and anything that makes you comfy. There are chairs available if you are unable to lay down or you can bring your own.
