Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of sound and vibration. Immerse yourself in the healing tones of gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, and sacred instruments as you release what no longer serves you and restore harmony to body and mind.We begin with meditation before journeying into the heartbeat of the drum and the resonance of sound.
Please bring a mat, blanket/sleeping bag, and pillow to stay cosy.
£15 per person.
