Join us for a fortnightly sound bath – a powerful therapeutic experience using vibration and sound to shift the body into a state of deep rest and restoration.

✨ Please bring a few extra layers of clothing, as when the body enters a deeply relaxed state, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature can naturally drop. Staying warm will help you fully enjoy the experience.
