Are you curious about Group Breathwork and what the journey holds?This isn’t just breathwork — it’s a deep dive into your subconscious guided by rhythm intention and ancient wisdom. During our session you’ll be held in a sacred space where you can safely release stuck emotions gain clarity and reconnect with your true self.
What to Expect:
💫 Emotional Release & Healing: Emotional release energetic clearing and deep insights
💫 Conscious Connected Breathing: Powerful circular breathing technique/s to access altered and deeply healing states
💫 Supportive Community: Share in an intimate space with 4 like-minded individuals on a collective journey of healing and self-discovery using your breath
💫 No experience needed: Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning for a deeper layer this is a chance to meet yourself fully release what no longer serves you and reconnect to your inner wisdom
To begin we bring forth our intentions for the workshop followed by a meditation either guided or shamanic to get the energy flowing. Then moving onto the Breathwork where the magic happens.
Everything you need is provided; just come with an open heart and wear comfy clothes. We will finish with bliss balls to ground as we share our experience. All are welcome 🌈.

About Me;
To become a Shamanic Breathwork facilitator I trained for over 450 training hours and have more than 10 years’ experience in this field. With the shamanic/energetic aspect of what I do I tune into the energy of each participant to guide and invite a deeper journey within. This simple technique can change your life. It definitely changed mine and I love to hold space to share its magic.
