🙏Suzie is a Jurien Bay local who holds regular sound healing sessions in town and loves exploring the meditative side of yoga.
She’s passionate about nervous system support and the healing power of sound. In this session, she’ll be guiding a gentle Yin yoga experience infused with sound to help participants soften, reset, and reconnect.
🌟Healing with Jaimie
A guided nurturing experience that blends gentle breathwork with soothing frequencies. You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation, harmonising your mind, body, and spirit. The calming trance- like resonance of the medicine drum will deepen this connection, inviting you to access your primal energy and release any inner obstacles. This session creates an environment for collective healing, encouraging you to embrace your journey toward mindfulness, reset and recharge.
