Sound Bath at Trailside Yoga

Join Melody for an evening of soothing sound and breath work (the 3rd Sunday of each month) 7:15-8:45pm.

As we find stillness, we will soften and release into sound using a variety of instruments including crystal and metal singing bowls. The vibration will permeate our bodies and spirits as it dissolves any lingering tension and allows us to soften more deeply into our selves and into the moment.

The sound bath will be split up into 20 minute increments with time for silence and integration in between.

Bring pillows, props, blankets and anything else you'd like to feel cozy!
