We are so excited to welcome Floating Frequencies to The Nest for an afternoon of movement, breath and deep sound healing - our first collaboration together...and we have a feeling it won't be the last!

This is a special afternoon gathering at our regular community space - a chance to slow down, arrive fully in your body and let the healing power of sound do the rest.

We'll open the session together with meditation, breathwork and a gentle slow flow, guiding you out of the noise of the week and into stillness. By the time you settle into savasana, your body and nervous system will be ready to receive.

Then Floating Frequencies takes over.

This sound bath is a symphony of resonant energies, inviting you into a transcendent experience that combines the unique vibrations of various healing instruments. Each sound wave is carefully curated to resonate with the energy fields of the body, initiating a process of internal balance and rejuvenation.

Immerse yourself in the rich tonalities of a gong, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, framed and ocean drums, shruti box and tuning forks, contributing to an orchestra of healing frequencies designed to guide you into profound rest and relaxation.

Afterwards, stay for tea and a community catch-up. One of our favourite parts - there's no rush to leave!

Ellie Yankah is the founder of Floating Frequencies, a holistic healing practice rooted in sound, breathwork and ancient healing traditions. Her work was born from a deeply personal healing journey - recovering from a chronic condition she was told was lifelong, through nutrition, Ayurveda, sound and movement. Trained in Sound Healing and Nada Yoga, Tama-Do® methodologies, Reiki and Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition, Ellie brings both personal depth and professional rigour to every session she holds. Her sound baths are immersive, restorative and unlike anything else.

The Nest is East London's community yoga home: a studio built on the belief that yoga and wellness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income, background or experience. We run classes, workshops and community events in Clapton and across the neighbourhood.

We use a sliding scale pricing model. Please choose the ticket that honestly reflects your financial situation. Every tier receives the exact same experience.

💛 Supporter Rate £35 (For those who can give a little more - your extra directly funds a community space)

Not sure which tier to choose? If £29 would cause financial stress this month, the Community Rate is yours without question. If £35 feels comfortable and you'd like to support someone else attending, we are genuinely grateful.
