We’re excited to share we’ll be holding another Sunday sound bath on 14 Sept at the gorgeous @la_wellness_ Pilates studio in Worsley village.
Join us for a deeply restorative sound journey — a time to gently close the week and step into the new one with balance and clarity.
With the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and other relaxing instruments, you’ll be guided to pause, reset, and realign — so you can enter the new week feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace. ��
