Sunday 14th Sept 6.30 -8.30 Rest and rejuvenate with Kundalini and Yin Yoga
At this time we are in the waning gibbous phase of the moon
It is a time to look inwards and re-evaluate our goals. It's a time to find things we are grateful and re-adjust our intentions moving forward.
What’s involved..
⭐️ We will set intentions for our month ahead
⭐️We will ground ourselves with some breath-work and kundalini Kria ( movement)
⭐️Move into a shake out with embodied movement.
⭐️Flowing into a meditation using Singing Mantra ( option to sing )
⭐️To complete the rest & rejuvenating journey dropping into yin yoga and relaxation.
