Join us for a gentle, grounding session designed to help you release, reset, and reconnect - mind, body, and spirit.

Slow, intuitive yoga and body movement that’s accessible to all levels. No pressure, no perfection—just moving in a way that feels supportive, nourishing, and honest for your body.
🔔 Second 30 minutes:
We’ll melt into a deeply restorative sound bath meditation, allowing sound and vibration to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and bring the body into a state of rest and renewal.
✨ Mats and pillows are provided.
