Join certified yoga teacher Amethyst Yaa in integrating calming vibrations to support overall well-being. This class infuses reiki, sound frequencies and relaxing postures to enhance alignment of the mind, body & spirit.

Join us every 2/4th Monday of the Month! Your mind and mind will thank you! Option to bring your favorite blanket and pillow for comfort.
