What is it?
Lynetta Avery offers Sound Bath with Reiki, pairing hands on healing energy with the resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls. Reiki helps clear and balance your energy, while the sound bath deepens that release, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
Joining Lynetta for the Reiki portion is Yoko, a Reiki Master and Karuna Master Explorer whose energy healing journey began in 2012. Her mission is to serve those seeking healing and guidance from spirit, and she brings that same calm, grounded presence into this pairing of hands on healing and sound.
Who Is It For?
This is for anyone feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or out of balance, and ready to receive rather than do. No experience with Reiki or sound baths is needed. Come exactly as you are and let the evening meet you there.
