Paw to Heart Sound Bath, Saratoga

Smell the candlelight settle into the room. Feel your shoulders drop and your breath slowing. This is a space to soften, to let the evening hold you instead of the other way around.Tonight, that holding comes through sound, and through presence. Lynetta leads you into a guided meditation, inviting you to release all tension from the body, breathing easy, slowly, following gentle guidance into deeper breaths that release tension throughout your whole body. Then the crystal and Tibetan bowls begin to sing, and this evening becomes a journey within. You may receive messages, visions, or simply drift into a deep, restful state. There is no right way for it to unfold. You are invited to bring your journal, so that whatever you discover along the way has somewhere to land. This is a space of radical acceptance. There is nothing to prove and nothing to fix. You are simply invited to soften, to rest, and to let your heart open at whatever pace feels true.Meet Gina and GusJoining Lynetta this evening is Gina Lobito, a bodyworker specializing in sound, vibrational healing, and intuitive guidance, playing the monochord alongside the bowls.Gina brings her own healing companion, Gus, described in his own bio as Guardian of the Heart and Keeper of Crystalline Consciousness. Gus offers a calm, grounding presence throughout the evening, resting nearby as the sound moves through the room. Please note: this is not a pet friendly event. Gus is Gina's own healing companion and the only animal in attendance — we ask that you leave outside pets at home.Who Is It For?This is for you if you are tired of holding it together. You do not need to arrive with a smile on. You do not need to have your act together. Come exactly as you are.You do not need experience with sound baths or ceremony. Just come with a willingness to be met with acceptance instead of expectation. What Do I Need to Bring?Bring a favorite blanket and pillow to nest into, an eye mask if you would like to turn inward more fully, and a journal and pen to hold whatever surfaces during your journey.ArrivalPlease arrive by 6:45 PM to settle in and find a comfortable spot on your mat, giving yourself a few quiet moments before we begin. Doors will gently close at 7:10 PM.Why Registration MattersSpace is held small and sacred, so pre-registration is required to reserve your place. Pre-registering is not just a formality, it is what allows the space and the evening itself to be prepared with you already in mind and heart.Frequently Asked QuestionsCan I bring my own dog or pet?No. This is not a pet friendly event. Gus is Gina's personal healing companion and the only animal present — outside pets are not permitted. Is Gus friendly with everyone?Yes. Gus is calm and gentle around all attendees, and offers his presence quietly rather than seeking attention. If you would prefer not to be near him, just let us know and we will make sure you have space.I have never done a sound bath or ceremony before, will I feel out of place? Not at all. Most people in the room are here for the very same reason you are, ready to finally exhale. You need nothing but yourself to receive everything this evening offers. Is there anything I should know before attending? If you have epilepsy, a sound sensitivity, or are in early pregnancy, please reach out ahead of time so we can make sure this evening feels safe and right for you.Lynetta: 707-888-6396Candace: 408-761-9997
