A truth that's been carried silently for years finally has somewhere to land.This is Family Constellations, a chance to see your family not through the stories you've told yourself, but through what's actually moving beneath them, the loyalties, the roles, the things left unsaid.Lynetta Avery leads each session in a small group, where two to three people, the Seekers, take a turn exploring their own family system directly with her, while everyone else in the room, the Participants and Observers, receives something too, whether or not it's their own family being explored.Ticket OptionsSeeker (Guaranteed Constellation), $145, limited to 2 people per session, this is your own family system explored directly with Lynetta.Participant/Observer, $35, for everyone else in the room witnessing, representing, and holding space. You do not need a Seeker ticket to receive something meaningful from this evening.Who Is It For?This work is for anyone who senses a pattern repeating in their family that they didn't create and can't quite name. It's for those carrying tension, distance, or old loyalties that feel heavier than they should, and for anyone ready to see their family system from a wider view.This can also be for you if stress or tension has shown up in your body in ways that are hard to pin down.You don't need any prior experience with this kind of work to attend or to participate as a representative.What Will I Get?Whether you take a turn working directly with Lynetta, stand in as a representative, or simply witness from the group, you'll walk away with a felt sense of the patterns moving beneath the surface of a family system. Many participants find clarity, relief, and a lightening of weight they didn't realize they were carrying, even when the family being explored isn't their own.What Do I Need to Bring?Come as you are. A journal and pen are welcome if you'd like to capture anything that surfaces for you.Arrival and ParkingFree parking is available behind Brilliant Light Healing Center. You're welcome to participate fully or simply witness.Will my family member need to attend with me?No. Constellation work uses representatives within the group, so you can explore your family system without anyone else from your family present.What should I wear?Comfortable clothing is best, since sessions involve moving and standing for periods of time.Will I be pressured to speak or share?No. There's no pressure to speak, no advice given, and you're free to step back or step out at any point. This is a space to be held, not put on the spot.
