A gentle, centered journey from grounding to openness.This is an invitation to slow down, settle into your body, and allow yourself to receive.
In a world that asks you to give more, hold more, and stay strong, this Root-to-Heart chakra sound journey offers a pause. A space to ground into safety, soften effort, and let yourself be met exactly as you are.
This journey follows the natural energetic pathway from the Root chakra to the Heart chakra, gently supporting safety, openness, and the ability to receive.
We’ll begin with a 10-minute guided meditation focused on grounding and settling the nervous system. From there, you’ll be immersed in 60 minutes of sound using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other intentional instruments.
The sound is intentionally designed to support:
• the Root chakra (safety and grounding)
• the Sacral chakra (softening and flow)
• the Heart chakra (openness and receiving)
There is nothing to do. Simply lie down, breathe, and receive.
