Kundalini Yoga is known as the “yoga of awareness” — blending breathwork, movement, meditation, and mantra to awaken your inner energy, release stress, and restore harmony to mind, body, and spirit.

Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats will be available at the Lounge. Comfortable clothing recommended.
