Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra for Summer Solstice

Come spend an evening resting, receiving, and reconnecting with what you are ready to move toward next.
We will begin with sound healing to help your body soften, your nervous system settle, and the noise of everyday life quiet down. You do not have to do anything or figure anything out. You just get to lie down, be held by the sound, and let your body begin to exhale.
From there, we will deepen into yoga nidra, a guided rest practice that brings you into that beautiful in-between space where the body is deeply relaxed, but something inside is still listening.
This is where we will work with intention.
Not in a forced, “set a goal and chase it” kind of way. More like gently affirming what you are moving toward in this next season of your life. What you are ready to grow. What you are ready to receive. What you are ready to become more available for.
The summer solstice is the perfect time for this kind of practice. The light is full, the energy is expansive, and there is something powerful about pausing long enough to ask:
What do I want to give my energy to now?
You may leave feeling calmer, clearer, lighter, more rested, and more connected to the version of you that is already beginning to emerge.
