Please join us every second Monday of the month for a gentle practice of Trauma Centered Trauma Sensitive Yoga with live sounds of Crystal and Himalayan bowls and Gong. The potent high vibrational sounds are intentionally orchestrated to support you in this empowering practice. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Seating is also available as this time of renewal does not require you to be on a mat. Yoga mats and blankets are available should you choose to use them. Please feel free to bring your own to create your cozy energetic space. This is an invitation to reconnect to the body, to expand your awareness to yourself, to your personal boundaries to empower you and to align you with your heart and soul essence!Marguerite Haugh is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F).
Denise Lajeunesse is a Certified Sound and Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner. We are excited to come together to offer the combined practices of TCTSY and Sacred Sound Bath.
