Zumba & Yoga Glow Party Classes

Join us for 1 (or more than 1) of our fitness sessions! We bring the glow sticks AND THE FUN! Each Zumba session features a few routines from each of our wonderful, guest Zumba instructors. The yoga session is taught by the fabulous, Heidi, from Total Body Yoga and Pilates in Granby.

We recommend that those in the second Zumba session, Zumba session B, also sign up for the yoga session! Look for the combo ticket for sessions B-C. Stretch out your muscles with some yoga after Zumba!

Please be prompt with arrival, as we will be trying to start sessions on time.

Session A Zumba: 11- Noon

Session B Zumba: Noon - 1pm

Session C Yoga: 1- 2pm

*SESSION B AND C ATENDEES, PLEASE ARRIVE NO MORE THAN 5 MINUTES EARLY SO THERE WILL BE ADEQUATE PARKING FREED UP!

The event goes towards helping fundraise money for our youth dancers' recital costumes and for the dance studio to continue to offer an equipped and clean space for dance and Zumba.
