Sound & Flow Yoga

Join Sebu Kha Wellness every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:30am for a Sound & Flow Yoga class led by Michael Massey & Michelle Mendes. A gentle yoga flow followed by a soothing Sound Bath in the beautiful Taproom at Long Live Roxbury Brewery.

After an hour of an invigorating yoga flow enjoy the next 10-15 minutes deeply immersed in a wave of melodic sounds with the use of various instruments and gentle adjustments to help relax any tension from the body (optional). You can use this time to meditate, write in a journal or just relax on your mat.

• This is an all inclusive class for all levels and bodies. Modifications will be provided and explained step by step.
• Please bring your own mat or rent one for $5 via Venmo, Cashapp or cash (kindly DM Sebu Kha Wellness upon registration to let us know if you will be needing one)
• Parking is free and super accessible with their private on-site lot
• The outdoor patio is dog friendly, however, inside is just for us humans
• lastly please let Sebu Kha Wellness know prior to class if you would prefer not to be in photo/video
