Soulful Saturday Special Classes

Prepare to harmonize your body mind and spirit and feel wonderful this holiday season!

Expect to feel nourished grounded and relaxed as you join Lola for a special series of caring soul-stirring deeply rejuvenating spa-like sessions.

• Each session presented will be a unique opportunity to harmonize your body mind and spirit.
• By soft candlelight you will work deeply with the healing power of movement accompanied by soothing sounds and readings.
• The pace of these classes will allow you to sink into a beautiful pace of Calm.
• You will enjoy blissful gentle stretches and fully supported restorative holds and releases while listening to inspiring poems uplifting quotes and soothing sounds of singing bowls to promote rest. Followed by yoga nidra* you will be floating out of class feeling relaxed and peaceful.

With aromatherapy fruit teas and mini holiday treats to finish what's not to love and enjoy!

Bring your eye pillow or eye pillows (by Lola) are available for sale for $15 (eye masks $1)

*yoga nidra - a state of conscious relaxation that promotes deep rest. 20 minutes of yoga nidra is said to be equivalent to 4 hours of good rest!
